Child Growth Percentile Calculator
Plot a child's length, height or weight against the WHO growth-standard percentile curves for 0–5 years, read off the percentile, and follow the growth curve as you add measurements over time.
This is a screening reference, not a diagnosis. Growth is judged by the trend over time, not by a single point, and a healthy child can sit anywhere from the 1st to the 99th percentile. Only a clinician — with a proper measuring technique and your child's whole history — can assess growth. If you are worried, ask your child health service.

Length / height for age — WHO 0–5 years
Curve values are printed in the table below. The darker band is the 15th–85th percentile, where roughly seven in ten children fall.

Values in cm and kg. Between the printed ages the tool interpolates linearly, which matches the published curves closely enough for screening.
Logged measurements
Nothing logged yet. Add an age and a measurement above to plot the first point.
A single point below the 3rd or above the 97th percentile is not by itself a problem; a curve that crosses two or more percentile lines, or drops away from its own trend, is what clinicians look at.
About this tool
The curves are the WHO Child Growth Standards for 0–5 years, embedded as a compact percentile table and interpolated across age and between the five plotted lines. Your child's measurement is converted to a z-score against those lines and back into a percentile. Growth reference data is a screening tool: measurements, feeding, gestation and genetics all matter, so discuss any concern with your child health service. Everything runs locally in your browser.
