About this tool
Glitch / RGB Split Effect displaces random horizontal bands of your image, smears the exposed edges, then recombines the red and blue channels with a horizontal offset so the colour splits like a failing signal. Scanlines and seeded noise finish the look. Because every random value comes from a seeded Mulberry32 generator, the same seed always produces the same glitch, and images are capped at 1400px for speed. Nothing is uploaded — the render happens entirely in your browser.
